Granted I get what you mean, but Grim Dawn as is won't do it. There's a lot of hidden stuff that you can also find via the maps above. But definitely try and explore the whole area at least once. pretty much just keep going north (in the case of Act 1), and keep going west (in the case of Act 2). it's possible you might need to explore more.
